Sales & Service Partners Meeting: a uniting experience
During September, bNovate welcomed guests to the much-anticipated Sales and Service Partners Meeting (S&SPM) in the picturesque city of Düsseldorf. It was an incredible three-day event, filled with learning, collaboration and connection with our partners from all over Europe.
Attendees at the S&SPM 2023 with representatives from KZ Handels, TT Group SRL, Teqma, APT Belgium, APT Netherlands, HOUM, Servitech International Ltd, Processplus Ltd, BWT Aqua, GREMES, BWT Deutschland, Technoprocur CZ, SIA Biotecha Latvia and Icepack EHF.
Day one: building a sustainable future
The S&SPM kicked off with insightful discussions on water quality regulations. Here, we collectively renewed our commitment to addressing the challenges associated with this invaluable resource. The day's highlight was when the different Sales and Service teams shared their remarkable success stories, showcasing their unwavering dedication to customer satisfaction and unparalleled support for BactoSense users.
Day two: exploring limitless horizons
The spotlight shifted to exploring the versatile applications of BactoSense. Attendees were allowed an exclusive sneak peek at exciting product updates. Stay tuned for more updates on these innovations.
Day three: empowering our partners
The final day was dedicated to empowering our Service attendees with best practices, troubleshooting techniques and valuable field application insights. These exchanges of knowledge and expertise will ensure that our partners have the tools they need to excel.
Recognising excellence: the BactoWards awards
The S&SPM isn’t just about knowledge sharing. It’s also an occasion to recognise our partners' exceptional contributions:
TT Group was awarded the Sales Partner BactoWard 2023 for their excellent cooperation and customer follow-up. Servitech International, which oversees over 50 BactoSense units, earned the title of Best Service Partner in 2023. We also celebrated two individuals, Jannick Göller and Patryk Jadczak, who received Sales Case and Service Case Awards for their unwavering commitment and exemplary customer service.

Camaraderie beyond business
Beyond business discussions, the event was marked by the strong bNovate spirit of commitment, camaraderie and joint effort. It was a fantastic opportunity for both new and long-standing members of the bNovate family to bond – not only professionally, but also on a personal level. On the first evening, they all savoured drinks and food at a local German bar and restaurant. On the second evening, they indulged in some friendly bowling competition.
As Hugh McGee, Sales Director at Processplus, summed it up, “We had a great time in Germany for our Partner meeting with bNovate, having the chance to share what we can do as a company and learn how other teams in Europe operate. A great highlight was the people we could meet and connect with.”
Waiting for the next event
With the event's conclusion, participants and organisers eagerly anticipated next year’s edition. We hope it will be just as remarkable, if not more so. Everyone is looking forward to what the future holds.
