Emerald Technology Ventures invests in bNovate technologies to drive global expansion and accelerate rapid water control

We are persevering on our journey to ensure Safe Water. Any Time. Anywhere. We are happy to announce the closing of a Series C investment round of CHF 12 million led by Cleantech venture capital pioneer Emerald Technology Ventures, followed by existing shareholders. The infusion will accelerate bNovate’s global expansion and product portfolio growth.

Climate change and growing urbanisation exacerbate the stress on water networks and the imbalances in supply and demand. bNovate offers solutions for all who urgently need fast, simple and cost-effective ways to ensure that vast quantities of water are clean and safe.

The speed and automation of BactoSense's detection of bacteria in water have the potential to have a massive positive impact in both the municipal and industrial space.

“We look forward to supporting the company's growth, especially in the Americas and APAC regions. The speed and automation of the BactoSense technology in detecting bacteria in water have the potential for massive positive impact both in the municipal and industrial space.”

“We are proud to offer solutions to the market that contribute to the global water safety improvement and allow companies to be more sustainable. Now we need to find the right people to join our passionate sales team and help make a difference.” – Simon Künzi, CEO at bNovate.
